	Name: Liz Nelson Job Title at First Lutheran: Director Of Community & Spiritual Growth and Interim Confirmation Assistant Responsibilities: I assist in the coordination of Small Group Ministry at FLC, I am the staff liaison for the Fellowship Committee and I recruit members to participate in events at church based on their Time & Talent selections. I am also assisting Pastor Sara with the 7th, 8th & 9th grade confirmation program. How long have you been a member at First Lutheran? 40 years! I was baptized as an infant at FLC.
